There are resources available to assist parents in supporting their child’s wellbeing.

  • Lifeline Australia Phone: 13 11 14 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
    A crisis support service offering short term support at any time for people who are having difficulty coping or staying safe.

    A confidential and private counselling service specifically for children and young people aged 5 to 25 years. Phone: 1800 55 1800 or online at  kidshelpline.com.au/coronavirus

    Open 8am to midnight 7 days a week
